Privacy
Last updated: 19 October 2026. This notice explains the information used for enquiries, child registration and optional website analytics on the Little London website.
Enquiries and registration
We collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, your child’s first name and age, English experience and programme preferences. Please do not include medical records, identity documents or sensitive information in free-text fields.
How the information is used
Our team uses these details to respond to your request, discuss suitable programmes and confirm availability. Enquiries and registration requests are stored in the website’s submission system and sent to clubhub.mohammedia@gmail.com. Website submission records may also include technical details such as the submission time, page and IP address.
Parent accounts
When Google sign-in is enabled, Google handles your Google password. The website uses your account name, email and an account identifier to create or connect a parent account. We do not ask for access to your Gmail inbox. The account is used for registration, not to publish your child’s information or private class details.
Optional Analytics and external services
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures website visits, traffic sources, pages and interactions using device/browser information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Analytics stays blocked until Statistics consent is given. We do not send form answers, parent or child names, contact details, attendance, enrolment or payment records to Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Google processes Analytics information and may process it outside Morocco. See Google’s privacy policy. You can reject Analytics and still use the enquiry forms, or withdraw consent through the cookie choices control. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase earlier data. Read our cookie notice for cookies and choices.
Google sign-in, Google Maps and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices when you follow their links or use their services. The site also uses external organisation artwork resources.
Questions and requests
For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact clubhub.mohammedia@gmail.com or +212 643 137 219. Please identify the enquiry or registration concerned. Do not send sensitive documents unless the team asks you through an appropriate channel.
